Responsibilities
• Provide technical-first level support of multi-user (Office/Production line)operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
• Establish and maintain network and telephone infrastructure with layout well documented.
• Recommend users with appropriate PC configurations, device and part models in line with TK Bilstein standards. Replace parts when appropriate.
provide support in the area of media conference equipment/attendance device/ CCTV/Access Control.
• be responsible for installing, configuring, updating and ensuring the functionality of the software and hardware used (laptops, printers, scanners, smartphones and peripherals).
• Install and configure user computers according to TK Bilstein standards and approved applications.
• Coordinate with users to keep computer software updated in line with TK Bilstein standards.
• Dispose IT assets safely and legally preventing information leakage.
• Update IT asset list right after any changes.
• Address user computer issues and questions in agreed time.
• Resolve repetitive issues by eliminating the ‘Root Cause’, identify and execute necessary trainings.
• New Employees’ Device and training support
• Other IT supports which are not authorized for end user execution.
• Write and maintain system documentation.
•Support the upgrade of production line equipment, backup project
•Support other IT related matters as arranged by the leadership
Professional experience & background
• 3 years’ supporting experience for a standardized PC platform deployed and managed centrally,
• IT related university education.
Technical skills:
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems(Office 2016/M365,Windows 10)
· General knowledge of IT infrastructure: Lan, WAN, Cisco,Windows servers, active directory, MDT
· Good knowledge of informatics hardware (PC, Printer, scanner, CCTV,smartphones etc.)
· Network cabling experience
· Basic knowledge in SAP system (release PR, account, print)
· ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential.
· Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Language:
• Fluent Mandarin
• Fluent Reading&Written English
• Fluent Spoken English is a Plus
Preferable knowledge:
• CCTV, Veeam Bakcup solution, HP,
• Have knowledge of IT Service Management Processes and preferably ITIL Foundation Certified
• Excellent Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skill
